● Begins with a phone consultation.
● Therapeutic goals will be discussed and after 4 or 5 sessions, goals will be re-evaluated.
● Clients are able to work with expressive arts in combination with talk and mindfulness.
● Clients begin to develop a deeper understanding of their nervous systems.
● Clients will develop a stronger sense of connection to their bodies.
Fees: $175-185/45-50 mins
